TFM 2.0 is an 8-week full body gym based program that focuses on building functional strength, building muscle mass, improving explosiveness, improving conditioning + endurance, boosting mobility + flexibility, all while staying lean and shredding body fat and is the second installment in The Functional Method Training Series.
TFM 2.0 builds off of the first Functional Method program. We will be increasing the training volume, intensity and difficulty in 2.0. Everything is brand NEW in 2.0! New workouts, movements, and kettlebell complexes to take your functional gains to the NEXT LEVEL.

Follow The KETTLEBELL SHRED
This 8 week kettlebell and bodyweight HIIT program delivers intense full body workouts that can be done with just a few kettlebells, a pull up bar, and a jump rope with every workout being completed in under an hour.
There are 4 full body workouts a week, 2 active recovery/cardio days with a weekly kettlebell and bodyweight challenge to test your limits. Each workout offers the perfect blend of functional, unilateral, and explosive exercises that build functional strength, endurance, muscle, endurance, athleticism, mobility, and core strength all while shredding body fat losing those extra unwanted pounds.
Follow The DUMBBELL HIIT PROGRAM
This 4 week dumbbell HIIT program is designed to build lean defined muscle, improve endurance + conditioning and shred body fat!
This program is also for anyone who doesn’t have all day to spend in the gym. The workouts in the program are right around the 45 minute mark so you can get in and get out and see amazing results!
The program requires minimal equipment and can be done in a home gym or at the gym. You’ll need a few pairs of dumbbells, a pull up bar or TRX suspension trainer, dip bars, workout bench or plyometric box and a jump rope.
The Bodyweight BURN is an 8-week full body program that uses ZERO equipment!
This program utilizes high intensity circuits, EMOM’s and AMRAPS to build defined muscle, explosive strength, mobility, and core strength all while shredding body fat and torching calories ✅
The best part about this program and the workouts is that you can do them anytime and anywhere ✅

This program is going to build functional strength and stability in all planes of motion which is going to improve your athleticism, performance, overall functionality, and reduce the risk of injury.
All of the workouts in the program are 10-20 minutes long and should be added to your regular training schedule.

Functional Push Pull Legs is a 14 week full body program that’s main focus is to build muscle and size💪🏻
This is my functional more athletic approach to this traditional training split where we will be using pretty much all functional compound lifts to build muscle while also build some strength and stability. No machines in this program✅
This is a high volume training program. We will be training 6 days a week hitting each muscle group twice.

Just finished The Functional Shred and absolutely loved it. My key takeaways were that it brought some much needed intensity back into my workouts, got me focusing on form more than I had been, and got me into the habit of doing proper warmups and cool downs, which no doubt is the reason I remained injury free for the last 8 weeks. Managed to shed some body fat but still maintain my starting weight of 173 Ibs. Maybe onto TFM 1.0...

A little over a year ago had shoulder surgery. After surgery I was having a difficult time getting my fire lit again. was a collegiate athlete and avid gym goer before my surgery. I can honestly say this is the first workout program I've ever done while following proper nutrition and let me tell you that I absolutely loved it. It taught me to be disciplined and have self control. obviously have a lot more room to grow and learn but I'm looking forward to the journey.

Before and after! I really got a lot out of this program! My goal was to get stronger without gaining any weight and I definitely accomplished that! I feel much more powerful and lighter on my feet than did 8 weeks ago. This is the strongest I've ever felt going into ski season. My plan is to keep doing these workouts all winter. This was by far the most fun program I've ever done! I had just finished a bulk before I started and I was struggling to lose that last few pounds. This program was not only fun to do but I have gained strength, improved mobility and core strength! I had a C section four years ago and my abs have been the most difficult thing for me to improve do to my lack of strength after the surgery...my abs are STRONGER now and I finally have a six pack! Because the gym's are closed again in Montreal I can't finish Functional Mass and Power but I wanted to share my results after 2 months. My weight stayed the same but my body fat went from 17.6% to 13.5% at 230 pounds. I've never been able to get under 17% until doing this program. Can't wait to finish!
